held serve for the 5th Annual Dead Or Alive in Dallas

Major Gaming Fun in Dowtown Dallas at the Westin
DFWGames and A-kon teamed up for an entire weekend of Gaming fun at the mighty long-running Anime Con in Downtown Dallas.

Ok The Ancient of Gaming is checking in late with the post A-kon reports due to a funeral and an overload of general business but we'll be posting results on the big DFWGames console event at A-kon in chunks of media and info as we collect it.

Off the top we can say that the Console Video Game Room was a blast and hopping with gaming events, tournaments and great fun. Attendance was great even though it was moved to another hotel room this time.

All of the Major tournaments awarded some sweet DFWGames / A-kon Trophies and cash prizes were awarded on top of the trophies.

Alright everyone i know people have been asking and wondering but I will quickly update you on what went on and who got what and who slept with who and who slapped who and oh oh i am sorry i am already spoiling it lol J/K! !

Ok first of these are the placers i have at the moment. I will get more info as the days come since i am trying to get the brackets.

Everyone that participated had a blast!

and probably the most hyped match of them all was .*drum Roll*,

Vanessa VS KING!

IT WAS TOO GOOD! ! !

Ofcourse the gaming room was much bigger and more TV's to the point that there was more TV's than Consoles! crazy right?!

Also about a 50+ man tournament for SF4 and 40 man tourney for SC4 qualifiers, and TvC had around 20 and so did DOA4.

Who ever missed out on this event is crazy! But its ok because D.I.D.#6 is on the WAY!

BTW All the Women where swarming sWooZie for WCG Ultimate Gamer show and of course Vanessa cant walk around without all the guys looking at her and asking her 'You really play games!?'LOL!
